Price changes, price errors and sold-out items
All information is subject to price changes, typos and sold-out items.
In the upper left corner of the website next to the flag there is a box where you can choose which currency you want to pay with:
Danish Krone (DKK), Euro (EUR) or Pound Sterling (GBP).
We accept payment by: Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and Maestro.
We only capture the payment after your package has been shipped.
We use an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that it is not possible to read your information.
All amounts include Danish VAT.
If you purchase from a non-EU country, you do not pay Danish VAT, but the goods will often be subject to customs duties and VAT in your home country, which you have to pay yourself.
We ship worldwide, we will dispatch the goods during 1-3 workdays with GLS.
Shipping to Denmark
Shipping to a parcel store when you buy goods for under 500 DKK: 29 DKK.
Shipping to a parcel store when you buy goods for over 500 DKK: Free.
Shipping to a private address when you buy goods for under 1,000 DKK: 49 DKK.
Shipping to a private address when you buy goods for over 1,000 DKK: Free.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes.
If you forget to collect your parcel, and you wish that we reship the parcel to you, you have to pay for the postage yourself:
In countries in EU the postage is 100 DKK.
In countires outside EU the postage is 150 DKK.
When you buy physical goods on our webshop (CD's, books, essential oils etc) you have the right to a cancellation period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive your goods.
If you wish to return an item, please write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not provide refunds for downloads (music, audio books) or tickets to events (talks, workshops, film showings and such).
Right of complaint - if there's something wrong with the item
According to Danish purchasing law, you have a 24-month right of complaint from the date you have purchased your product. Your order confirmation with date is valid as proof. This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced or get a refundeding or a discount, depending on the specific situation.
Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of an improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.
